The meeting commences at 12:30pm on the Monday with a buffet lunch. Bookings made at least 3 weeks before the conference benefit from a lower "early bird" attendance fee of £295, which also includes overnight accommodation on the Monday evening, the conference dinner, breakfast on Tuesday morning and lunch on the Tuesday. A day rate booking is also offered -this covers attendance for both days but excludes overnight accommodation and the conference dinner. The day rate "early-bird" fee, for bookings made at least 3 weeks before the conference, is £195. Day delegates can choose to attend the conference dinner as an optional extra (priced at £25). For bookings made within 3 weeks of the conference the standard fee is £325 and the day rate fee £220. All delegates also receive a copy of the proceedings in electronic format. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
